Ingredients
- 1 bottle Champagne or sparkling wine
- 2 ounces pear brandy, such as Poir Williams
- juice of 1 lemon
- 5 sugar cubes, or 5 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Pour Champagne in 5 flutes. To each, add a splash of pear brandy, about 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and a sugar cube or dash of sugar.
