Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pounds of beef (any cut)
• 1 box white button mushrooms
• 1 green pepper
• 12 oz. of Italian dressing (any brand)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut beef and green pepper into 1.5" square shapes.

Drench beef, green pepper and mushrooms in italian dressing and let sit for a few hours at least.

Skewer mushrooms, beef, and green pepper.

Place on grill for about 10 minutes (total). Rotate after 5 minutes.

Ready to be plated up!
