POTATO SALAD ROSEMARY AND OLIVE OIL ASIAGO

  • 3 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 wedge Sartori® Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes for 10 min. or until tender. Drain.
Mix potatoes with sour cream, yogurt, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving cold.
