Ingredients
- 1 can 12oz beer
- 1 1/2 pounds beef round pot roast cubed
- 1 can 15oz new potatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can 15oz carrots
- 2 each onions cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 can 6oz sliced mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT oven to 300. Dump all the ingredients except the mushrooms into a large casserole dish. Mix, cover, and place in oven for 2 hours.
ADD mushrooms and cook for another 1/2 hour.
