Sausage and Gravy Breakfast Casserole

  • 12 oz Buttermilk Biscuit dough (Grands)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 package Peppered Gravy Mix (2 3/4oz) (I used Jar Sausage Gravy. Just as good)
  • 1 lb sausage (I prefer Maple)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste


Preparation time 35mins
Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°
Grease 13 x 9 pan
Cut biscuit into 1" pieces and line bottom of pan
Layer cooked sausage over biscuit pieces
Layer shredded cheese over sausage
Whisk eggs and milk, add salt and pepper the pour over biscuit layers
Make gravy as per package instructions. Pour gravy over everything
Bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until eggs and biscuits are cooked through
Serve warm. Serves 8
