Ingredients

  • Round Steak, cut in thin slices
  • Pepper, Salt, & Garlic
  • 1/4 C. Soy Sauce
  • 2 T. Cornstarch
  • 1/2 C. Cold Water
  • Onion, sliced
  • Green Pepper, sliced
  • 20 oz. can Pineapple chunks with juice

Preparation

Step 1

Season steak with pepper, salt & garlic. Brown in oil & drain. Pour soy sauce on meat. Combine cornstarch & water and pour over meat.

Add remaining ingredients. Add enough water to make gravy and 2 t. beef bullion. Simmer until tender.

Serve over rice. Add fresh tomato last.
