Ingredients
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups diced grilled chicken
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- 1/4 cup dried craisins
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
- balsamic vinaigrette
Preparation
Step 1
Combine everything but the dressing in a big bowl. Lightly toss.
Serve immediately with dressing.
