Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 3 1/3 cups sifted flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat eggs; add pumpkin, oil and water. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Gradually pour in sugar while continuing to stir, until lumps are out. Add salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Add nuts.
Fill bread pans 1/2 way. Bake 60 minutes, test with knife.
