Fresh Chive Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS chopped fresh chives
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine garlic and a pinch of salt in a large salad bowl. Mash to a paste with a fork.

2. Mix in vinegar, then oil and chives; season with salt and pepper.

Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 2 Weight Watchers points.
