Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Fresh mozza cheese, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- Hot cooked pasta
Preparation
Step 1
In a lg. bowl, combine the first eight ingred. Crumble pork and beef over mixture; mix well. Divide meat mixture into 18 portions; shape each around a cheese cube.
In a lg. skillet, cook meatballs in oil in batches until no pink remains; drain. In a lg. saucepan, heat marinara sauce; add meatballs and heat thru. Serve over pasta.
