Pie-Chocolate Ricotta Pie

Ingredients

• 3 lbs Ricotta Cheese
• 1/2 pint heavy cream
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanila
• 1/2 cup chocolate syrup(or more if not dark enough)
• pinch of salt
• Pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingrediants and poor into pie shell.
Bake 5 minutes at 450 degrees and 35 minutes at 350 degrees

* makes 2 pies
