Ingredients
- 3 lbs Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanila
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup(or more if not dark enough)
- pinch of salt
- Pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingrediants and poor into pie shell.
Bake 5 minutes at 450 degrees and 35 minutes at 350 degrees
* makes 2 pies
