Bacon Cheeseburger Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 6 Bacon Strips, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar
- 1/3 cup Ketchup
- 4 TBS prepared Mustard
- 3 TBS Worchestershire
- 8 slices American Cheese
- 1 tube (16.3 oz) large refrigerated
- Buttermilk Biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the beef, bacon, and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add ketchup, mustard and worchestershire and cook for 2 minute to allow flavors to meld. Add shredded cheese; cook and stir until melted. Remove from the heat.
Flatten each biscuit into a 5 inch circle. Lay 1 slice of cheese on each biscuit. Spoon 1/3 cup beef mixture onto each biscuit. Fold sides and ends over filling and roll up. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
