Cake-Yellow and Ricotta Cheese Reverse Cake

  • 1 Pillsbury Yellow cake mix
  • 2 lbs Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Follow directions on cake box.
Mix together Rocotta cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Grease 9x13 pyrex dish. Put cake mixture in. After mixing ricotta mixture well, spoon evenly on top of cake mixture in pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

*When this comes out of the oven, the yellow cake will be on the top and the ricotta cheese mixture will be on the bottom.
