Sesame Ginger Sauce

  • 2 TBS rice wine vinegar
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • 1 TBS water
  • 1 TBS dark sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.

Makes 4 servings (each serving = 2 TBS). Each serving = 1 Weight Watchers point.
