Ingredients
- 1 entire large cluster of garlic
- 1 whole yellow onion
- 3 (15 ounce) tubs of Riccotta cheese
- 1 1/2 large bags of Spinach
- 1 1/3 lbs or 1 1 1/2 lbs Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons oregno
- 2 teaspoons sweet basil
- few dashes pepper
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spinach in microwave just till limp but do not overcook
Cook sausage in sauce pan. Dash of salt with sausage
Chop onion and garlic very fine
Add four eggs to ricotta cheese.
Add herbs, onions and garlic to ricotta cheese and mix thoroughly.
Add sausage and spinach to riccotta cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Grease baking dish. Fill cooked cannalloni or manicotti shells.
Bake 300 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until hot.
Serve and enjoy!
