Apple Salad/Sandy

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 3 Granny Smith apples
• 3 Braeburn apples
• 1-2 sm. cans of mandarin oranges drained
• 1-2 cans of pineapple chunks drained
• seedless red grapes cut in half
• 1 pkg cream cheese softened
• 1/2 c miracle whip
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1/2 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all fruit in a large bowl. In a mixing bowl, beat dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour over fruit- toss gently to coat.
