Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Chicken Thighs
  • Sausage
  • Onions
  • Yucon Gold Potatoes
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Sundried Tomatoes
  • Artichoke Hearts
  • Roasted Peppers
  • Chicken stock
  • White Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Chicken and Sausage. Remove from pan and brown onions. Add potatoes and brown slightly. Deglaze pan with white wine. Add all remaining ingredients. Bake in large roasting pan, covered, at low oven 300-degrees for 2 - 3 hours. Thicken sauce a little before serving.
