Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 - 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1 - 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can water chestnuts or 1 cup almonds
- 1 - 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 pkg Ichi Ban noodles (broken up)
- 1 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Dressing -
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp accent
- 1 pkg sapporo seasoning (from Ichi Ban soup mix)
- soy sauce to taste
