Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 - 2 cups bean sprouts
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 - 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts or 1 cup almonds
  • 1 - 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 pkg Ichi Ban noodles (broken up)
  • 1 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Dressing -
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp accent
  • 1 pkg sapporo seasoning (from Ichi Ban soup mix)
  • soy sauce to taste
