Ingredients

  • 3 EGG YOLKS
  • 1 CUP FLOUR
  • 3 TABLESPOONS CREAM
  • 1 TABLESPOON OIL
  • DASH SALT
  • 1/4 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER

Preparation

Step 1

COMBINE:
EGG YOLKS, CREAM AND OIL.

ADD:
FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER.
MIX BY HAND TILL MOIST.

ROLL DOUGH OUT THIN ON FLOURED SURFACE.
CUT AND LET DRY FOR A COUPLE HOURS.

DROP INTO CHICKEN OR BEEF BROTH.
BOIL COVERED FOR 20 MINUTES OR LONGER UNTIL TENDER.
