Healthy Crunchy Kale Chips

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt, or to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
Wash and dry kale. Remove stems and cut into 2-inch square pieces.
Spread kale out flat on a baking sheet (you may need 2) and toss with olive oil and sea salt. Bake until crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes, flipping kale over halfway through. The tops of most of the leaves should be brown, though not every single piece will be really crunchy. That’s okay!
Serve as finger food and sprinkle with more salt if desired.
