Ingredients
- 1 / 4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cups of frozen hashBrowns
- 1 10oz frozen corn
- 1 10oz frozen cut green beans
- 1 10oz frozen peas
- 1 10oz frozen sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped chicken
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in lg sauce pan
Add onion and cook till tender
Add flour cook until bubbly
Stir in milk and broth cook until bubbly and slightly thicker
Add bay leaf
Add potatoes corn peas carrots and beans
Bring to boil and simmer for five minutes
Add chicken until warm
Salt and pepper as desired
