Creamy Balsamic Dressing a la Mimi

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (I added a bit more at the end)
• juice of one lemon
• 1 teaspoon VVorcestershirc sauce
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• sip to taste

Throw everything in the blender and take it for a spin.
