Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Pounds Eye round roast
- 1/8 Teaspoons Dried Thyme
- 1/4 Teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons salt
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Canola oil for browning
Preparation
Step 1
Set out til room temperature, 1-2 hours.
Cover roast with olive oil.
Combine seasonings, spread over roast.
Pan sear each side.
Bake at 275 degrees til 128 degrees inside. Cover with tin foil to rest for 15 minutes.
Slice thinly.
