Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard cooked
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons roquefort cheese or blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or onion salt
- 15 olives, whole pitted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut eggs in half length wise. In small mixing bowl mash egg yolks. Add sour cream, roquefort cheese and salt; blend until smooth.
2. Place an olive in each egg white, spoon cheese mixture over olives. Top with an olive slice or sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until served.
