Grapefruit-Chipotle Margarita

By

Jeremiah Doherty, beverage director at Bar Amá, recommends that if you’re going to bother making cocktails, you should go to a good spirits shop and spend some money on quality ingredients. When this refreshing drink is shaken up at Bar Amá, they use Combier, which is a high-quality triple sec, or sweet orange liqueur. If you can’t find it, Cointreau can be used instead.
