Orange Dessert Crepe Batter

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 T cooking oil
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in blender; blend for about 1 minute. Scrape down sides with rubber spatula and blend for another 15 seconds or until smooth.

Refrigerate batter about 1 hour. Stir before using.
