Curried Eggs and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 lg can mushrooms
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 2 English muffins
  • 2 C heavy cream
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 C hot water
  • curry powder to taste
  • 1/2 C flour
  • S&P

Preparation

Step 1

Saute peppers and onions in butter.
Add curry powder and flour
Add chicken bouillon, cream and Salt, stir til thickens
Add quartered eggs
Serve over english muffins
Top with paprika
