Ingredients

- 8 hard boiled eggs
- 1 lg can mushrooms
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 English muffins
- 2 C heavy cream
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 C hot water
- curry powder to taste
- 1/2 C flour
- S&P
Preparation
Step 1
Saute peppers and onions in butter.
Add curry powder and flour
Add chicken bouillon, cream and Salt, stir til thickens
Add quartered eggs
Serve over english muffins
Top with paprika
