Ingredients
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 lbs ground turkey
- 2 15 oz cans fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 15oz cans niblet corn, drained
- 2 15oz cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 15oz cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 pkgs McCormick's slow cooker chili seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet on medium heat add extra virgin olive oil. When olive oil is hot, add chopped onions. Cook onions till soft about 5 minutes, then add turkey, stirring occassionally till turkey is cooked. Drain turkey.Place in slow cooker
2. Add rest of ingredients to slow cooker and combine with a wooden spoon
3. Place slow cooker on low heat and cooke Chili, stirring occassionally for 6 hours
4. Serve Chili with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream as toppings if desired and corn bread
