Citrus Marinated Chicken Breast

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 drop doterra thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 drop doterra lemon
  • 2 sliced cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 drop doterra black pepper

Step 1

Combine orange juice, thyme, lemon, garlic, and kosher salt and black pepper in large zip-top bag or bowl. Add 4 boneless, skinless organic chicken breasts (about 1½ lb total). Marinate 4 to 8 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken and pat dry. Brush grill or grill pan with oil and heat to medium. Add chicken and cook until golden, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Slice, then top with chopped chives.
