Ingredients

  • White Sauce:
  • 8 Potatoes, diced
  • 3 Carrots, diced
  • 6 Chicken Bullion Cubs
  • 1/2 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Cube Butter
  • 1 C. Flour
  • 3 C. Milk
  • 2 C. Cheese
  • 1 t. Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Fill medium saucepan 1/2 full with water & add potatoes, carrots, onion & bullion. Boil a few minutes. In saucepan, melt butter & blend with flour. Slowly add milk & cheese. Bring to boil until thick & add salt & pepper. Add to potato mix. Simmer 20 minutes.
