  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
  • 2 large onions, peeled and quartered
  • 2 celery stalks, halved
  • 2 carrot sticks, halved
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh sage
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme

Step 1

Fill cavity of turkey with above ingredients. Discard after baking the turkey.
