Rum Dessert Crepe Batter

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T rum
  • 2 T melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in blender jar; blend for about 1 minute. Scrape down sides with rubber spatula and blend for another 15 seconds until smooth.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
