Ingredients

  • 15 cups of chopped tomatoes
  • 4 cups chopped peppers (jalapeno, banana, hot chili)
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in 8 quart stock pot. Bring to a boil. Fill canning jars and process for 20 minutes in hot water bath.
