Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken

This is a recipe from Mom. Really nice. Syns are in the dried plums which are .5 syn each or roughly 6 syns total for recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 oz carrots, baby or halved lengthwise if large
- 1/2 cup pitted dried plums / prunes
- 1 14-oz can chicken broth
- 4 large chicken breasts, cut into large pieces or 8 bone-in chicken thighs, skinned
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Combine onion, carrots, plums and broth in a slow cooker. Top with chicken. In a small bowl combine spices and sprinkle over chicken.
Cover and cook on low heat 8-10 hours or high heat setting 4-5 hours. Also can be done in a dutch oven.
