Toni's Amazing Brownies

My friend first introduced me to these in 2002. She sometimes calls them garbage brownies. It was love at first bite ... made me sigh a deep breath of happiness. The ingredient list may sound a little odd, but all I can say is try it. You'll be hooked.

Ingredients

• Add:
• Brownie mix (2) - Double Chocolate
• Kahlua
• Walnuts
• Coffee grounds
• Peanut butter
• (see below)
• These start with a brownie mix -- you're going to have to follow box instructions for the specifics. Just add the following ingredients (note the substituion for the water), and cook as directed on package.
• Two double chocolate brownie mixes (Ghiardelli is great) - SUBSTITUTE Kahlua for the water
• 1 c. chopped walnuts
• 1 T. coffee grounds (I use the ones from my morning pot of coffee!)
• 3 T. peanut butter
