Buffalo Chicken Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast cut into,small pieces.
  • 4 laughing cow blue cheese wedges (i used the round mozzarella laughing cow)
  • 3 tbs. buffalo wing sauce i,used sweet baby ray's.
  • half of a celery stalk finely chopped.
  • 16 wonton wrappers in produce section by vegan,and,juice section on wall.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Spray 8 muffin cup in muffin pan. In a microwave bowl combine the chopped cheese chicken and wing sauce. Melt on 2 minites,and,stir,until everything mixes together and,coated. Take 8 wontons and press down wonton wrappers into,cupcake pan. Fill each muffin with half the mixture and top with some cheese and then take the other 8 wontons,and put on top and repeat layer. then add cheese and pop in,oven for about 18 minutes. mKe sure u spray your pan really good and wait u,til they r cooled cometely to remove from pan
