Marinated Pork Loin

Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 - 3 lb Pork tenderloin
- 6 - 8 bacon strips
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 T. white vinegar or rice vinegar
- 1 T. grated onion (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 t. cayenne
- 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix marinade in zip lock bag add pork loin. Marinade in refrigerator all day or even better.
Wrap bacon around porkloin and secure with toothpicks.
Cook at 300degrees for 1 1/2 hours basting throughout and turning halfway through.
