Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- orange zest to taste
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream butter with sugar.
2. Add the eggs and whip until smooth.
3. Slowly add the flour/baking soda/orange zest mixture, alternating with the orange juice.
4. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes.
Cream with an ordinary vanilla icing into which you have put a little bit of orange juice.
