LEMON PUDDING (Five Roses)

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 yellow eggs
  • 2 white eggs beaten firmly

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix flour and sugar.
2. Add lemon juice and zest, butter, milk and yellows. Mix well.
3. Incorporate firmly beaten whites.
4. Pour in a greased pudding mold and place in a bowl with hot water.
5. Bake in over 350 for 45-50 minutes.
