Roasted Root Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 turnips cut into 1" pieces
  • 2 carrots cut into 1" pieces
  • 12 pearl onions
  • 2 beets cut into 1" pieces
  • EVOO
  • S&P

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450

Place all veggies except beets in roasting pan. Place beets in seperate roasting pan.

Drizzle all veggies with Etra Virgin Olive oil, season with S&P. Toss to coat.

Place in oven to cook 30-40 min or until veggies are tender and caramelized.
