Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c mazola or crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 1/2 t soda
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 c carrots grated
- Icing
- 1 lb icing sugar
- 1/2 c marg
- 8 oz Philly cheese
- 1 t vanilla
- chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Beat oil and eggs. Add sugar & vanilla
Mix dry ingred.
Fold in carrots
Bake 350 50 min 9 x 13 pan
Beat icing ingred.
Sprinkle with pecans
