  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 1/2 t soda
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 c carrots grated
  • Icing
  • 1 lb icing sugar
  • 1/2 c marg
  • 8 oz Philly cheese
  • 1 t vanilla
  • chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Beat oil and eggs. Add sugar & vanilla
Mix dry ingred.
Fold in carrots

Bake 350 50 min 9 x 13 pan


Beat icing ingred.

Sprinkle with pecans
