Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin chops(about 1/2 inch thick and 4 ounces each)
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Flatten pork chops slightly. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat chops with mixture. In a large skillet, cook pork chops in butter over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. Add honey and pecans to the skillet, scraping to loosen browned bits; heat through. Pour over pork chops.
