Tomato Bacon Pie

This delicious pie is best with very ripe tomatoes fresh from the garden! A must for any bacon lover!

Ingredients
- 1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
- 3-4 large tomatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayo

Preparation
Step 1
Bake pie shell according to directions; cool.
Place tomatoes in crust, sprinkle with bacon. In a bowl, combine cheese and mayo. Spoon over bacon, leaving 1 inch around edge. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cover edges of crust with tinfoil to prevent burning.
