Ingredients

  • 1 1/2

    ground beef

  • 1

    envelope of burrito or taco mix

  • 2

    cup Bisquick

  • 1/2

    cup water

  • 1 1/2

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    cup mayo

  • 1/4

    cup chopped onions (optional)

  • 1 1/2

    cup sour cream

  • 1/2

    cup chopped peppers

  • 1/2

    cup chopped tomatos

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef, and mix with taco mix and directed water. Set aside Mix together Bisquick and water, and spread onto the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Mix together sour cream, mayo, onion, and cheese and set aside. Pour beef mix over Bisquick, and top with chopped tomato and peppers. Spread sour cream mix over, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
