- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 can small shrimp
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 package unflavored gelatin
- 1 package cream cheese - (8 oz) softened at
- room temperature
Heat soup to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to soup.
Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise. Add soup and beat with rotary beater. Add seafood and chopped vegetables.
Pour into round mold and chill. Serve on crackers.
This recipe yields 20 to 25 appetizers.
