Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped Tarragon
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 3 celery stalks thinly sliced diagonally
- 1/4 cup loosely packed celery leaves
- 2 small fennel bulbs thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 Tbsp chopped fennel fronds
- 1 crisp apple, pink lady, gala, or granny smith, julienned
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl.
Add celery, fennel, apple toss.
