It is hard to find a beverage richer and more decadent than the lassi. The velvety blend of yogurt, milk and spice is given a fruity blast with the addition of mango, perfect as a sweet treat to rejuvenate the senses.
- 1 whole mango, peeled, stone removed and diced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 11/2 tbsp to 2 tbsp sugar, to taste
- Pinch ground cardamom, to taste + more for garnishing

Combine mango, milk, yogurt, sugar and ground cardamon in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste it! Add more sugar or ground cardamon to your liking and blend again if needed. Divide lassi into two beautiful glasses, garnish with a pinch of cardamom and serve. To enjoy cold lassi, use frozen mango, cold milk and yogurt or simply pop it in the refrigerator and chill till cold.
