Chicken Cacciatore Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Italian Dressing
  • 3 lbs Chicken thighs and boneless Chicken breast (use both 1/2 and 1/2) Thighs on top of breasts
  • 1/2 lb Fresh Mushrooms (10)
  • 1 1/2 c coarsly chopped Onions
  • 1/2 c each strips of yellow, red or orange bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dried Thyme
  • 1/2 C Marsala Wine
  • 3 C Instant White Rice, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

In a Crock Pot pour Italian Dressing in bottom. Put Chicken breast in first, then put thighs in.
Add all other ingrediants (not rice)

Slow cook till done.

When done, put over cooked rice.
